Master Your Orgasms for Targeted Focus/MMO

The following exercise is an oldie but a goodie. The official name for it is the “How to Become the Master of Your Orgasms” exercise.

It is quite simple to perform but can be challenging to master.

This exercise is an excellent accompaniment to the Stop and Starts. Also, it can be used by advanced trainees during the Stop and Starts to avoid pauses, and to induce focus, it also works well as a standalone exercise.

How to Perform the Master Your Orgasms Exercise:


Step 1:

As with the Stop and Starts, make sure you can find a location where you will have uninterrupted privacy and the ability to focus for 20 to 30 minutes.

Step 2:

Get into a comfortable position and encircle your penis with your thumb, index, and middle finger.

Place your middle finger on the penile frenulum, located directly behind your glans. Stimulate yourself and induce a full erection.

Step 3:

Maintain pressure on the frenulum with your middle finger and be sure to use your Emotional Visualization Exercises to induce maximum arousal. Some slight rubbing may be necessary at first, but the goal should be to maintain an erection and even induce orgasm/ejaculation with little to no movement.

At first, it will probably be difficult to concentrate deeply without a break in concentration for any length of time.

It may take a dozen sessions or more before you are able to achieve the deep level of concentration necessary to get the full effects of this exercise. Once you do master it, your level of focus will become so strong you will be able to bring yourself to orgasm merely by keeping pressure behind the glans with your middle finger and concentrating on the feel of the movement.

Some have reported developing the ability to dry orgasm, also known as Male Multiple Orgasm (MMO) by performing this exercise in conjunction with the Stop and Starts. In most cases, the key to triggering this effect is to perform a Kegel at just the right moment, in between the zone of imminent ejaculation and holding it back.
